For Private Label brands

Build the brand.
Let an agent run it.

SellerClaw doesn’t just keep the lights on — it grows the brand you’re building. It develops your visual identity, tests every ad format, runs promotions for the customers you already have, and answers them better than a five-person CX team. All of it, all the time.

Four jobs, one agent

Everything past "good product" — handled.

You picked the SKU. You own the brand. SellerClaw runs the four jobs that decide whether a private-label business compounds or stalls.

01 · BRAND

Develop the brand identity

Names, voice, packaging directions, web copy, social style — drafted, refined and kept consistent everywhere the customer meets you.

02 · ADS

Test every ad format

Static, carousel, UGC-style video, search, retargeting. Spins variants, reads the data, doubles down on what wins — without you opening Ads Manager.

03 · PROMOS

Run promotions for the people who already love you

Segments your existing customers, picks the right offer for each cohort, runs the email/SMS/on-site campaign end-to-end and reports what it earned.

04 · CX

Best-in-class customer support

Answers in your brand voice. Knows order, product, policy and shipping context. Resolves most tickets without escalation, and explains every reply.

01 · Brand

Your brand at a level you couldn’t afford to build alone.

Most private-label founders never get past “the logo is okay.” SellerClaw treats brand as a system: it drafts an identity, applies it consistently, and tightens it every week as your catalog and audience evolve.

  • Naming & positioning.Generates brand and SKU names, taglines, mission lines, “why us” copy — and stress-tests them against real category competitors.
  • Visual system.Builds a working palette, type pairing, packaging directions and product-photo style — exported as a brand kit your printer and freelancers can use.
  • Voice that sticks.Captures your tone from a 10-minute interview, then writes every PDP, email, ad and reply in it — and flags drift before it ships.
  • One source of truth.Brand guidelines update as decisions get made. Every surface — site, ads, packaging, email — pulls from the same spec.

02 · Ads

Every format, every angle — tested in parallel.

A founder running ads alone tests one creative a week. SellerClaw drafts dozens, ships them inside the budget you set, watches the numbers, and quietly retires the ones that don’t earn their keep.

  • Format coverage.Static, carousel, UGC-style video, story, search RSA, retargeting — drafted from your brand kit, captioned for each placement.
  • Real experiments.Holdout splits, audience overlap checks, statistical-significance gates. No "vibes" — every promotion or kill is justified in the log.
  • Budget rails. You set daily ceilings and a ROAS floor. The agent never crosses them — and pauses anything that breaches the floor for 48h.
  • Channels live.Meta Ads and Google Ads today, with more channels rolling out as integrations land.

The customers you already have are the cheapest revenue you’ll ever earn.

Acquiring a new buyer keeps getting more expensive. SellerClaw finds the segments hiding in your store, picks the right offer for each, and runs the campaign — email, SMS and on-site — start to finish.

  • Living segments.Auto-built from order history, SKU affinity, recency and channel. Updated nightly so the right people get the right message.
  • Right offer, not "10% off everything."Bundles for first-time buyers, replenishment nudges for consumables, VIP pre-launches for top spenders, win-backs for lapsed.
  • End-to-end campaign.Drafts subject line, body, SMS copy, on-site banner. Schedules sends. Reads opens, clicks, conversions and tells you what it earned.
  • Margin-aware.Won’t discount below your floor. Mixes incentive types — gift, free shipping, bundle — to defend gross profit while still moving the needle.

04 · Customer support

Support that sounds like your brand — and actually solves things.

Most AI chat is a deflection layer. SellerClaw is a real CX agent: it has order, product, policy and shipment context, it speaks in your tone, and it does the boring work — refunds, swaps, replacements — without escalating.

  • Knows the customer.Order history, shipping status, prior tickets, returns — pulled into every reply, no hand-typing order numbers.
  • Acts, doesn’t just answer.Issues refunds, swaps SKUs, edits shipping address, applies a goodwill credit — inside the policies you write once.
  • Brand-voice replies.Same tone you set for marketing. Warm, plainspoken brands stay warm; technical brands stay technical. No corporate-bot prose.
  • Channels & handoffs.Email, on-site chat, Instagram DMs and helpdesks. Escalates the 5% it can’t solve to a human, with a tidy summary.

Customer Hey — ordered the linen throw on Sunday and it still says "preparing"? Wedding gift, getting nervous 🙏
Northwood Totally fair to ask — your throw shipped this morning and is out for delivery by Friday with FedEx. Tracking is 1Z 88E…. If anything looks off by Thursday evening, just reply here and I’ll handle it.
Customer Perfect, thanks. Also — would the moss colour go with a navy bedroom? Last-minute swap option?
Northwood Moss reads warm against navy — pulls out the green undertones. We have it in stock and I can swap your order with no shipping delay. Want me to?

Questions, answered

Running a private-label brand with an agent.

Yes. The agent captures your tone from a short interview and any existing copy you point it at, then writes everything — PDPs, ads, emails, support replies — in that voice. Drafts come with a "voice fit" score, and you can flag and re-tune anything that drifts. Brand becomes a spec, not a vibes check.
Total. You set a daily ceiling, a per-channel split, and a ROAS floor. The agent runs experiments inside those rails and never crosses them. Anything below the floor for 48h gets paused automatically — and you get a one-line note explaining what was killed and why.
Meta Ads and Google Ads are live today — including Reels, Feed, Stories, Search and Performance Max. More channels are rolling out as integrations land. Creative variants are drafted from your brand kit and sized for each placement.
From your store. SellerClaw reads order history, SKU affinity, recency and channel — no third-party data — and rebuilds segments nightly. Common ones (VIPs, lapsed, replenishment-due, post-first-order) come pre-configured; you can add custom ones in plain English.
Anything outside the policies you wrote. If a customer asks for a refund larger than your goodwill cap, an exception to the returns window, or anything legal-adjacent, the ticket is escalated to a human with a one-paragraph summary. Roughly 5–10% of tickets — the ones that should reach a person — do.
The voice spec is usable from the first 10-minute interview. The first week of replies and ad copy will get fine-tuning notes from you; from week two onward most teams stop editing and let it ship. The voice spec keeps a changelog so you can roll back any drift.
